April 10, 2025

  • A bug has been fixed that occurred both in chat mode and in query mode and often led to the error message “Error from language model”. This problem only occurred with Claude Sonnet 3.5.

  • Release CGPT 5.0.0
  • Support for Microsoft Entra ID (single sign-on)
    • Enterprise customers have the option to use SSO to provide a more convenient user experience and to manage users through Microsoft Entra.
  • Team management
    • Admins can create teams in a separate “team management” area, which all users can use as a filter when creating folders. This makes sharing folders faster and more efficient.
  • New supported file types
    • Many new file types are now supported: .py, .js, .java, .md, .eml, .msg
    • These new file types are also supported by the API endpoint “uploadMedia”
  • Answers exportable to Word
    • Replies generated by the speech model in chats can now be exported to Word in addition to PDF and email.
  • Create your own themes
    • Enterprise customers and their admins can create new, custom themes in the “themes” settings area, which users of their instance can use. The theme configurator can be moved around and left open on the screen as you navigate through the system and see the color changes live on the system.
    • API endpoint deleteMedia
      • With the new API endpoint, files can be deleted directly from the 506 AI platform CompanyGPT.
  • Bug fixes & UX improvements
    • Data storage can now be filtered alphabetically and by creation date in ascending and descending order.
    • Roles can be selected in the chat with “@” (templates still with “/” ).
    • The search input field in the file chooser modal is now active by default, instead of being disabled after each search as before.
    • New quick finder menu. Press the “windows key + shift + M” on windows or the “command key + Shift + M” on macOS to open a new quick finder menu.
