506 CompanyGPT 4.8 – January update: two-factor authentication, new file formats and API endpoint

We are pleased to announce exciting new features for 506 CompanyGPT. With the release of 506 CompanyGPT version 4.8, more new features and functionality are now available: two-factor authentication, support for JSON and XML files, and a new API endpoint.

Two-factor authentication: More security for your data

With the introduction of two-factor authentication, 506 CompanyGPT now offers an additional layer of security. This feature is easy to enable and allows you to use popular 2FA apps to effectively protect access to 506 CompanyGPT.

Support for new file formats: JSON and XML

With the support of JSON and XML files, 506 CompanyGPT is expanding its flexibility in handling different file formats.

New API endpoint “extractText”: more efficient text processing

Another new feature is the new API endpoint “extractText”. This enables the direct extraction of text from supported file types without the need to cache the files. This is a more efficient way of processing document content and allows users to work directly with the extracted text.

This further extends the ability to integrate our AI platform with in-house systems. The full API documentation can be found at https://developers.506.ai/.

UI/UX improvements and bug fixes: Smoother usage

In addition to the major innovations, we have made numerous minor improvements to the user interface and fixed bugs. An optimized search function in the data storage tab also makes it easier to find specific data storages.
